10 publish a split · 1 publishes a threshold · 0 publish both
Priced to pass, dark to pay
These firms document the evaluation exhaustively. Targets, drawdowns, daily limits, contract caps, consistency rules, prices to the cent — all of it is on the page, which is why this site can compare them at all. Then you pass, and the thing you were actually buying goes quiet.
Three numbers decide what a funded account is worth. Not one plan here publishes enough of them to work out a first payout.
The three levers
What share you keep
10 of 24published as a profit split

How much before you may take any

The two that matter never appear together
A profit split alone is a percentage of an amount you cannot compute. A payout threshold alone is a figure with no share applied to it. You need both, and 0 of the 24 plans here publish both.
Alpha Futures publishes the threshold and no split. The 10 that publish a split publish no threshold. The intersection is empty, and it is empty in a field where the same firms will tell you the daily loss limit on a $25,000 account to the dollar.
Even the published split is not always the same number
4 of the 10 splits carry a recorded reason the figure does not mean what the neighbouring one means:
- Take Profit Trader · 80% Three stages with different drawdowns: the Test account trails at the close, the PRO account trails intraday, and PRO+ returns to end-of-day with a 90/10 split and "no buffer requirement".
- Bulenox · 100% The first $10,000 of profit is kept in full.
- OneUp Trader · 90% A two-strike policy on the funded account rather than immediate termination, and the first $10,000 of profit is kept in full.
- FundedNext Futures · 95% Three more plans are sold on the same page — Legacy, Rapid and a 95% Flex reward tier — and only the Flex parameters were read.
Two of them sit beside the identical rule about the first $10,000 of profit and report different percentages, which is a good sign the two figures are not measuring the same thing. Only 6 of the 10 — Topstep, MyFundedFutures, Elite Trader Funding, For Traders Futures, E8 Futures, Earn2Trade — publish a split with nothing attached. Ranking all eight against each other would produce a tidy table and a false one.
And 12 plans say nothing at all
No split, no threshold, no timing. These are not thinly documented plans: they publish a median of 8 parameter fields each, and 51 lines of further rule detail between them — the trail behaviour, the consistency scope, what a promotion was showing on the day. Not one of those 51 lines concerns a payout.

Why it is arranged this way
The kind reading is that payout terms live on a different page, behind a login, or in an agreement you sign after passing. That is probably true of several of them, and none of it helps a buyer choosing between twenty firms on a Tuesday.
The plainer reading is that the evaluation is what is being sold and the funded account is what is being implied. Detail follows the money: the part you pay for is specified to the dollar, and the part that pays you is described in adjectives.
Which is worth holding beside what the evaluation itself actually costs — a price that is also not quite the number on the tile, in the other direction.

Questions
- What profit split do futures prop firms pay?
- 10 of the 24 plans read here publish one, from 80% to 100%: MyFundedFutures, Take Profit Trader, For Traders Futures, E8 Futures, Earn2Trade, Topstep, OneUp Trader, FundedNext Futures, Bulenox, Elite Trader Funding. The other 14 do not state a split anywhere in the rules read.
- How much do you have to make before a futures prop firm pays out?
- 1 plan here publishes a payout threshold — Alpha Futures — and it publishes no profit split. The 10 that publish a split publish no threshold. So no plan on this list gives you both halves of the sum.
- Can you work out what a funded futures account pays?
- Not from what the firms publish. It needs the share you keep and the amount you must reach, and no plan here prints both. None prints all three levers including when you may withdraw.
- Are published profit splits comparable between firms?
- Not always. 4 of the 10 carry a recorded reason the figure means something different — an introductory rule covering the first $10,000, a figure belonging to one stage of three, or a separately sold reward tier. 6 stand without one.
