Identical dollar floor · premium peaks at $25K

OneFunded Instant Funding vs Flash Challenge

These two stop you at exactly the same place. Both carry a 6% static overall cap, so the dollars you may lose before the account ends are identical at every size they share — $300, $600, $1,500, $3,000.

Instant costs 25% to 57% more for that same floor, and its daily cap is the tighter of the two. What the money removes is Flash's 10% target , which is the steepest single hurdle OneFunded sets anywhere.

Account You may lose Flash Instant Premium
$5K $300 $56 $79 +41%
$10K $600 $98 $139 +42%
$25K $1,500 $159 $249 +57%
$50K $3,000 $279 $349 +25%

The premium is not proportional. It peaks at $25K (+$90) and falls to +$70 at $50K — $20 less, in absolute money, for double the account.

What the premium actually removes

Flash asks 10% against 6% of static room — a ratio of 1.67. You must earn more than one and a half times your entire loss allowance, in one phase, to keep the account. Nothing else OneFunded sells asks a steeper single hurdle.

So this is not a page arguing the premium buys nothing. It buys the removal of a genuinely hard gate. It just also buys a tighter daily cap on the far side of it: 3% against 4%, which at 1% risk per trade is 3 losing trades against 4.

Two things this comparison cannot do

The caps sit on different stages. Instant's 3% and 6% govern a live account from day one. Flash's govern an evaluation, and the rules read here record nothing about what a passed Flash account looks like. So “Instant is tighter” is a true statement about those two stages and not a like-for-like one.

The split is unrecorded on both. Neither carries a profit split in the rules read, which is a gap in our reading rather than a finding that the two pay the same. Nothing on this page compares them on it.

Questions

What do OneFunded’s Instant Funding and Flash Challenge have in common?
The floor. Both carry a 6% static overall cap, so the dollars you may lose are identical at every shared size: $300 at $5K, $600 at $10K, $1,500 at $25K, $3,000 at $50K.
How much more does Instant Funding cost?
$5K: $79 against $56, +41%; $10K: $139 against $98, +42%; $25K: $249 against $159, +57%; $50K: $349 against $279, +25%. The premium is worst at $25K and best at $50K — and in absolute dollars $50K costs $20 less premium than $25K despite being the larger account.
Is Instant Funding easier?
It has no target to pass, which is the whole point. But its daily cap is tighter — 3% against 4% — so at 1% risk per trade 3 losing trades end the Instant account and 4 end a Flash attempt. Those caps sit on different stages: Instant's govern a live account, Flash's an evaluation.
What profit split does each pay?
Neither is recorded here. That is a gap in the reading rather than a finding that they are the same, and the two must not be compared on it.
