7 per-day rules · 5 print no minimum
The consistency rule sets a minimum nobody prints
If no single day may be more than 40% of your total profit, two trading days cannot satisfy it — one of them would have to be at least half. So a 40% rule forces three days, a 50% rule forces two, and a 30% rule forces four. The arithmetic is not a reading of the rule. It is the rule.
5 of the 7 futures plans here with a per-day consistency rule print no minimum trading days at all.
What each rule forces
| Plan | Consistency rule | Days it forces | Minimum printed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Topstep · Trading Combine | 50% | 2 | none |
| UProfit Trader · Evaluation | 50% | 2 | none |
| Tradeify · SELECT Evaluation | 40% | 3 | 3 |
| FundedNext Futures · Flex | 40% | 3 | none |
| For Traders Futures · Fast Pro 1-Step | 40% | 3 | none |
| TradeDay · Intraday | 30% | 4 | 5 |
| Earn2Trade · Trader Career Path | 30% | 4 | none |
Nobody prints a minimum SMALLER than the rule forces, which would be a genuine conflict rather than a silence. The build checks for that and fails on it.
One firm says it out loud
Tradeify give the minimum and the reason in the same breath: 3 days “due to consistency rule”. They are the only firm here that connects the two rather than publishing them in different rows and leaving the reader to multiply.
It costs them nothing to say and it is the difference between a rule a buyer can plan around and one they discover on day two.
The rules this arithmetic does not touch
3 more plans carry a consistency rule that this arithmetic deliberately leaves alone, because a rule can be scoped in ways a per-day reading does not touch:
- MyFundedFutures — the rule applies at payout rather than during the evaluation, so it sets no floor on the days needed to pass.
- Alpha Futures — the rule applies at payout rather than during the evaluation, so it sets no floor on the days needed to pass.
- The5ers Futures — the rule is measured per position rather than per day, so it sets no floor on the days needed to pass.
A rule scoped to payouts constrains getting paid, not passing. A rule measured per position can be satisfied inside one session by holding several. A first pass at this page read all of them per day, and MyFundedFutures's 50% beside a 1-day minimum and The5ers Futures's 40% beside a 1-day minimum came out as contradictions. Publishing that would have been an accusation against a named firm, made by arithmetic that had not read the scope.
Why the silence costs money here
On the forex side a minimum trading day requirement costs time and nothing else. In futures it can cost cash, because half this field charges monthly. Days you did not know you needed are days the subscription runs.
And it undercuts the thing several of these firms lead with. “Pass in one day” is on more than one of these pricing pages beside a consistency rule that makes one day impossible. Both statements are published, and only one of them can be acted on.
14 of the 24 plans read here carry no consistency rule at all, and on those the one-day pass is real.

Questions
- How many trading days does a consistency rule force?
- One divided by the percentage, rounded up. 50% forces 2, 50% forces 2, 40% forces 3, 40% forces 3, 40% forces 3, 30% forces 4, 30% forces 4. If no single day may exceed 40% of total profit, two days cannot work: one of them would have to be at least half.
- Which futures firms have a consistency rule but no minimum trading days?
- Topstep (50%, so 2 days), UProfit Trader (50%, so 2 days), FundedNext Futures (40%, so 3 days), For Traders Futures (40%, so 3 days), Earn2Trade (30%, so 4 days). Each publishes a consistency requirement for the evaluation and no minimum, and the first sets the second whether or not it is printed.
- Can you pass a futures evaluation in one day?
- On the 14 plans here with no consistency rule, the published rules do not stop you. On any plan with a per-day rule, no: the rule itself requires at least 2 days, whatever the minimum-days field says.
- Does every consistency rule imply a minimum?
- No, and two here do not. MyFundedFutures's is applies at payout rather than during the evaluation, and Alpha Futures's is applies at payout rather than during the evaluation, and The5ers Futures's is is measured per position rather than per day. A rule scoped to payouts constrains getting paid rather than passing, and a rule measured per position can be satisfied inside a single day.
