Maven Trading
Everything below is read from Maven Trading's own rules page and dated. What it costs and what it pays are on their site; what the rules mean at your risk per trade is not, and that is what this page adds.

- · The M2 Account Saver runs on the funded account and can halve the split permanently: it triggers when open-position drawdown reaches 2% of the balance, and a second trigger deactivates the account. The 80% headline is fragile for that reason.
- · The firm sells from $2,000, the smallest account on this site.

- · The only Standard programme with a static drawdown; the 1-Step and the Instant products trail inside the session.
- · The M2 Account Saver applies here too, so the 80% split can be cut to 50% permanently on a first 2% open-position breach.

- · Three percent asked three times against a three percent drawdown: the smallest per-phase target on this site paired with one of the smallest caps.
- · The 2% daily limit is the tightest Maven sell, and at 1% risk per trade it ends the attempt after two consecutive losses.

- · No evaluation and no profit target, so the caps are the entire product: a 2% daily limit inside a 3% drawdown that follows the equity high within the session.
- · Priced identically to the Standard 1-Step at every account size.

- · THE 24-HOUR CLOCK IS THE WHOLE PRODUCT: "You have 24 hours to trade on the account. The timer starts once you’ve placed your first trade. You must submit your payout within the 24-hour period."
- · A single payout and then the account closes: "Only one - it’s a single payout model. After your first withdrawal, your account will be closed."
- · Three percent of profit is needed to withdraw anything, at a 70% split.
- · CONTRADICTION the firm has not reconciled on the consistency rule: the paid Mini publishes a 15% cap on the largest winning trade as a share of total profit, and the promotional Mini publishes something different.
- · A 1% maximum floating loss applies, measured as the gap between equity and balance.

- · Phase 2 asks MORE than Phase 1, 8% after 6%, which no other programme on this site does, and the firm says it is deliberate: "The higher Phase 2 target (8% vs 6%) ensures consistency."
- · The four minimum days must be PROFITABLE days worth at least 0.5% each, in every phase including the funded one, and they override the profit target.
- · The 180-day cap covers both evaluation phases together: "there is no separate deadline per phase."
- · News trading is unrestricted in both evaluation phases, a real divergence from the Standard programmes.
- · A 150-second minimum hold applies to every trade, and trades closed sooner do not count toward progress.
- · Withdrawal caps step up rather than being flat: 6% of balance on the first payout, 8% on the second, uncapped after that.

difficulty ratio 0.40| Evaluation profit target | 4% |

| Profit split | up to 80% |
| Fee refunded on passing | no |
| Time limit | none published |
| At 1% risk per trade, the attempt ends after | 10 consecutive losers |
- · THE FEE STRUCTURE IS THE PRODUCT: $5 up front, the balance only on passing. The firm does not publish that balance per account size, so no fee ladder is recorded here rather than recording the $5 as if it were the price.
- · The evaluation has no daily limit at all and no minimum trading days, both stated as such rather than omitted. The 10% static cap is the only hard risk limit in it.
- · THE RULES CHANGE SHARPLY ONCE FUNDED, and the loose evaluation is not what you go on to trade: a 4% end-of-day daily limit appears, along with rules that do not exist during the evaluation.
- · Profit Rebuild anchors the funded loss limit to the original balance after each withdrawal, so taking money out does not enlarge the buffer.
- · The M2 Account Saver cuts the split to 50% permanently on a first 2% open-position breach and deactivates the account on a second.

- · UNRECONCILED CONTRADICTION ON THE DRAWDOWN, and it is the figure everything here is computed from. The FAQ says 3%; two product cards say 5%. The stricter 3% is recorded because this field cannot hold an absence, so the figure errs against the firm rather than against a reader sizing risk. Check it at the source before paying.
- · Settled on event contracts rather than FX: "The data feed comes from MatchTrade and follows the markets on Kalshi or Polymarket." Contracts are priced like binaries, so a position at 19% odds costs about $0.19.
- · No daily limit and no minimum trading days, both stated affirmatively.
- · A PER-QUESTION PROFIT CAP with no equivalent anywhere else on this site: no more than 3% of the starting balance may be generated from any one question, and profit beyond that is removed.
- · No profit target once funded, no consistency rule and no news restriction.
- · The ladder starts at $5,000; the $2,000 tier Maven sell elsewhere is not offered on prediction markets.

- · The same 9% target as Essential against a static 5% rather than a trailing 3%, at roughly two thirds more money — which is the whole difference between the two.
- · Settled on event contracts from Kalshi or Polymarket rather than on FX, priced like binary contracts.
- · No daily limit, no minimum trading days, no consistency rule and no news restriction, all stated affirmatively.
- · The same per-question cap: no more than 3% of the starting balance from any one question.

Questions
- What are Maven Trading's challenge rules?
- As published on the firm's own pages, read 2026-08-23: Standard 1-Step: 8% target, 3% daily limit, 5% overall (trailing intraday); Standard 2-Step: 8% + 5% target, 4% daily limit, 8% overall (static); Standard 3-Step: 3% + 3% + 3% target, 2% daily limit, 3% overall (static); Instant Funding: no profit target, 2% daily limit, 3% overall (trailing intraday); Mini: no profit target, 2% daily limit, 3% overall (trailing intraday); Two Step Omo: 6% + 8% target, 4% daily limit, 8% overall (static); Buy Now, Pay Later: 4% target, no published daily limit, 10% overall (static); Prediction Markets One-Step Essential: 9% target, no published daily limit, 3% overall (trailing intraday); Prediction Markets One-Step Elite: 9% target, no published daily limit, 5% overall (static). What these mean at your own risk per trade — how many consecutive losing trades each cap allows — is computed in the tables on this page.
- Does Maven Trading refund the challenge fee?
- Standard 1-Step: no; Standard 2-Step: no; Standard 3-Step: no; Instant Funding: no; Mini: no; Two Step Omo: no; Buy Now, Pay Later: no; Prediction Markets One-Step Essential: no; Prediction Markets One-Step Elite: no. Where a refund exists, when it actually arrives is recorded in the rules above — several firms pay it with a later reward rather than on passing.
What is not on this page
A pass rate. Nobody publishes one, and the percentages in circulation come from firms selling challenges or affiliates earning on sign-ups. A number with that provenance would make this page look more authoritative and be worth less.
Fees are shown as displayed on the date read, and prop firms discount often — treat the figure as a snapshot and check the firm's own page before paying. What this page adds is the part that page does not tell you: what the rules mean at the risk you actually trade, and what the attempt costs once you stop assuming you pass first time. Run them against your own numbers.
Before you buy an attempt
Work out how many consecutive losers the drawdown allows at your risk per trade, and multiply the fee by the number of attempts you honestly expect. Both take a minute and both change the decision.
