Funding Pips
Everything below is read from Funding Pips' own rules page and dated. What it costs and what it pays are on their site; what the rules mean at your risk per trade is not, and that is what this page adds.
The funded account is simulated
Funding Pips' own materials describe the capital as simulated. You are paid a share of notional profit under a contract rather than trading a funded brokerage account. That is what the product is — worth knowing before you price the fee against it, not after.

Questions
- What are Funding Pips' challenge rules?
- As published on the firm's own pages, read 2026-08-05: 2 Step Standard: 8% + 5% target, 5% daily limit, 10% overall (static); 2 Step Pro: 6% + 6% target, 3% daily limit, 6% overall (static); 2 Step Flex: 10% + 6% target, 4% daily limit, 12% overall (static); 1 Step Flex: 12% target, 3% daily limit, 12% overall (static); FundingPips Zero: no profit target, 3% daily limit, 5% overall (trailing intraday). What these mean at your own risk per trade — how many consecutive losing trades each cap allows — is computed in the tables on this page.
- Does Funding Pips refund the challenge fee?
- 2 Step Standard: no; 2 Step Pro: no; 2 Step Flex: no; 1 Step Flex: no; FundingPips Zero: no. Where a refund exists, when it actually arrives is recorded in the rules above — several firms pay it with a later reward rather than on passing.
- Is Funding Pips' funded account real money?
- Funding Pips' own materials describe the capital as simulated. You are paid a share of notional profit under a contract rather than trading a funded brokerage account — the source and the date we read it are cited on this page.
What is not on this page
A pass rate. Nobody publishes one, and the percentages in circulation come from firms selling challenges or affiliates earning on sign-ups. A number with that provenance would make this page look more authoritative and be worth less.
Fees are shown as displayed on the date read, and prop firms discount often — treat the figure as a snapshot and check the firm's own page before paying. What this page adds is the part that page does not tell you: what the rules mean at the risk you actually trade, and what the attempt costs once you stop assuming you pass first time. Run them against your own numbers.
Before you buy an attempt
Work out how many consecutive losers the drawdown allows at your risk per trade, and multiply the fee by the number of attempts you honestly expect. Both take a minute and both change the decision.
