Era Trade

Everything below is read from Era Trade's own rules page and dated. What it costs and what it pays are on their site; what the rules mean at your risk per trade is not, and that is what this page adds.

One attempt. Multiply by the attempts you expect — the calculator does it . Struck-through figures are the higher price displayed beside a promotion on the date read.

  • · A cap no other firm on this site publishes: "MAX DRAWDOWN PER TRADE IDEA — 2%". It sits in the same rules block as the daily and overall limits, and the firm does not say what breaching it does.
  • · The fee refund is not a refund on passing. The rules block reads "CHALLENGE FEE REFUND — на 3 выплату" — on the third payout — so it arrives well after funding rather than at the end of the evaluation, and only if you are still there.
  • · The firm sells a one-step challenge at an 11% profit target, shown on the same page as "PROFIT TARGET — 8% / 5% or 11%". It publishes no separate daily or overall cap for it, and the only document that ever did is now unpublished, so it is not recorded here.
  • · One fee ladder covers both stage counts; the price does not change with the number of phases. Sizes run $10K to $200K on the challenge selector, while the page header advertises "Up to $300K account size".
  • · Payouts are bounded at both ends: the minimum is 1% of the initial balance and the maximum 10% of it per payout.
  • · Sold alongside a separate tournament product — "Buy any challenge and get a tournament account as a gift" — which is a different thing from the funded account and is not modelled here.

Questions

What are Era Trade's challenge rules?
As published on the firm's own pages, read 2026-08-22: 2-Step Challenge: 8% + 5% target, 5% daily limit, 10% overall (static). What these mean at your own risk per trade — how many consecutive losing trades each cap allows — is computed in the tables on this page.
Does Era Trade refund the challenge fee?
2-Step Challenge: no. Where a refund exists, when it actually arrives is recorded in the rules above — several firms pay it with a later reward rather than on passing.

What is not on this page

A pass rate. Nobody publishes one, and the percentages in circulation come from firms selling challenges or affiliates earning on sign-ups. A number with that provenance would make this page look more authoritative and be worth less.

Fees are shown as displayed on the date read, and prop firms discount often — treat the figure as a snapshot and check the firm's own page before paying. What this page adds is the part that page does not tell you: what the rules mean at the risk you actually trade, and what the attempt costs once you stop assuming you pass first time. Run them against your own numbers.

Before you buy an attempt

Work out how many consecutive losers the drawdown allows at your risk per trade, and multiply the fee by the number of attempts you honestly expect. Both take a minute and both change the decision.
