Before you deposit
Open the client agreement and find the legal entity name. Then search that exact name on the register above. A group can hold a UK or Australian licence and still open your account on an offshore company, in which case the protections on this page do not apply to you. The website will not tell you which entity you get; the agreement will.

Gleneagle Securities Pty Limited, trading as Global Prime FX, described on its own site as a registered Vanuatu company numbered 40256 and regulated by the VFSC. The Australian licence the brand is better known for belongs to the same corporate name but a different registration, so which one an account sits under is worth confirming before depositing.
