CapPlace

Offshore only

CapPlace names only offshore registrations. These are real registrations, but they come without leverage caps, without a compensation scheme, and with little practical recourse if a dispute goes badly.

The entity actually licensed

Robertson Finance Inc., registered in the Comoros Union with IBC number HY00523519 and an office at Bonovo Road, Fomboni. The site claims a MISA brokerage licence numbered T2023294. Neither the number nor the company could be confirmed against a register: misa.km and misa.org.km did not resolve, and mwaliregistrar.com answered only with a security challenge.

This is the company, not the brand — the one your client agreement should name. Search it on the register below and confirm the permissions are current before you deposit. If the agreement names a different company, the protections on this page do not apply to your account.

Offshore registration — light oversight, no compensation scheme. What MISA actually requires →

Before you deposit

Open the client agreement and find the legal entity name. Then search that exact name on the register above. A group can hold a UK or Australian licence and still open your account on an offshore company, in which case the protections on this page do not apply to you. The website will not tell you which entity you get; the agreement will.

We publish no spread or swap figures for CapPlace. Those numbers are not available in any form we could cite, they change constantly, and they would be stale before you read them. Your own platform shows the exact terms of your account — put them into the cost calculator and the answer will be right rather than approximately plausible.

Price your own trading

Take the spread, commission and swap from your platform and see what a year of trading costs. It takes a minute and the answer is exact.
