BlackBull Markets
Offshore onlyBlackBull Markets names only offshore registrations. These are real registrations, but they come without leverage caps, without a compensation scheme, and with little practical recourse if a dispute goes badly.

Offshore registration — light oversight, no compensation scheme. What FSA-SC actually requires →
Before you deposit
Open the client agreement and find the legal entity name. Then search that exact name on the register above. A group can hold a UK or Australian licence and still open your account on an offshore company, in which case the protections on this page do not apply to you. The website will not tell you which entity you get; the agreement will.
We publish no spread or swap figures for BlackBull Markets. Those numbers are not available in any form we could cite, they change constantly, and they would be stale before you read them. Your own platform shows the exact terms of your account — put them into the cost calculator and the answer will be right rather than approximately plausible.
What BlackBull Markets says about itself
Read from the firm's own legal text, not from a register. It is here so you have the entity name to search with — the check itself is the next step, and only you can do it for the account you are opening.
THE ACCOUNT IS NOT OPENED WITH THE NEW ZEALAND COMPANY. BlackBull’s own site states that registering at blackbull.com creates an account with BBG Limited, a Seychelles company numbered 857010-1 at JUC Building, Providence Zone 18, Mahe, regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority. The New Zealand entity whose number appears in the marketing — Black Bull Group Limited, company 5463921, FSP403326 — is a separate company.
